Pass it on if you feel inclined. April 23rd is St. George's day. Yup - a whole day in honour of the heartless clod whose claim to fame was slaying a hapless dragon in cold blood. He didn't even give the poor fellow a fair trial! ;-) Anyway, I always wear a dark green ribbon on that day to honour the countless innocent dragons who lost their lives so a bunch of ancient Europeans in tin cans could have proper heraldry. That and because it amuses my friends when they ask why I am wearing a green ribbon.... All in good fun of course.
