I got in my car accident Jan. 1,1989 and spent 4 months and 9 days at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. My Doctor's name back then was Dr. Warner, who took care of me. I was medivac by Helicopter from Modesto Memorial Hospital to Santa Clara VMC. I was given a 20% chance to survive and I am still here.
