Comments: Davin, I enjoyed reading the articles on your site, But as stated in your article on lactic acid, you said "Lactic acid is a waste product which results from anaerobic glycolysis". A common misconception. Lactic acid is actually a byproduct of anearobic glycolysis, not a waste product. And it is actually beneficial. Lactic acid helps offset the PH inbalance by carrying away the Hydrogen moecules in the muscles.

Comments: hi, thank you for this marvelous site..this packs tons of information..im a muslim and last month (september 2008) was the month of fasting. so we are allowed to eat 2x a day..early morning and late afternoon. so there's no intake of any food not water. i took this chance to start my diet and hit the gym 3x a week..since i eat twice a day, i only ate canned tuna in water and steamed cabbage in the morning and banana in the afternoon..i went from 85kg to 76kg. i was happy with the result..now that im able to eat during the day, im not yet decided if i continue that diet or try 5 small meals a day while hitting the gym as well..but with ur suggestion of ketogenic diet, im decided to do that since i was able to tolerate tuna for 1 month..i hope this works and im so desperate to lose weight and ive never ben this decided and excited..thank you so much..
