My daughter, Ayn had just graduated and I had seen Roche on several occasions and thought his continual 'thank you events' were very manipulative. But even more telling was the fact that no alternative newspaper was allowed at Hillsdale. My daughter knew two young men who started one and were expelled summarily. I also know that professors received none of the support a college as well endowed as Hillsdale should have provided.

I did get to smoke an awful lot of dope while I was there and got laid for the first time too.
