Comments: I was stationed on Chi chi jima From 8-1954 to 8-1956. My Daughter Lisa Was the 2nd American child born on Chi chi Jima. The names Savory, Webb, Washington,Gilley and also Mitsuro Ikeda all bring back fond memories

Comments: I served as Executive Officer on Chichi Jima in 1967-68. We left the island right after the reversion ceremony. That was a very sad day indeed. I loved my time on Chichi Jima.
