Comments: I'm a direct relative of Mavis family. I can remember my grandmother taking me up there and visiting somone that lived in a farm house. My grandmother was Lilly Mavis and married Thomas Huntley.

Comments: I am once again trying to connect to my ancestor Joseph Dussault. He was working at Fort Thompson befor and around 1860. I have no idea how he traveled from Three Rivers Quebec. His father was Nicolas Dussault and his grandfather was a Joseph Dussault. He is a decendent from Jean Nicolet and his native wife. Jean Nicolet and his Indian wife had a daughter Madeline. "Hi Everyone! My mother was Lois Agatha Mabel Harris, my grandmother was Ethel Marie Harris(maiden name Rivers)and my great grandmother was Amelia Rivers married to William Rivers:) I am so happy to get to read all the info and so hope I can come to one of the reunions. I live just across the Strait from Victoria BC in Port Angeles Washington. Thank you All that put a lot of hard work into this website."
