I have to say, it's very misleading. I grew up on Guam. Went to public school all my life. I had great teachers. My parents didn't have money to bribe anyone and I did interact with some bullies but they were never a problem to handle. school teachers never side with the bullies... I got into a great school, have a great job and is successful. This does not only apply to me, but also to my sister, my two cousins, and some of my friends from high school. Please be considerate of posting information. More research would be helpful for more accurate information.
