Comments: Many years ago I made some decorations with:
baloons
water sugar
thin yarn
Wrap balloon with yarn. hang from knob over a pan
boil sugar and water, pour over balloon, leave to dry, will dry stiff, pop balloon, carve out, add decorations
I just don't know how much sugar in the water.
