Type in MargaretHeart67 Password: Coffee What I would like to say is that abuse in any form is wrong. It took me eight years of counseling to get through one issue where I almost died. I am still is counseling and am a graduate in Criminal Justice Administration as of last year. Before my graduation date, I sent out several invitations to family members only to be made fun of because of fourty year old woman is graduating from college is what my mother told me. I was hurt, but when my uncle who took me in when I was 19 I was crushed when he told me that I had rejected my responsiblities as a wife and mother. He was not coming either. My oldest son has been staying with my mother since he was 13 and our divorce. He stated that he was too busy. When I shared my issues with professionals and the police I was told that I was out of touch with reality when I was raped by a stranger. Verbal abuse is awful. I cried and cried. I did not think that I would ever stop. When I moved out of town, I was told that the whole family was not to contact me. I graduated. I felt guilty for doing something for myself and trying to succeed between traveling three hours to and from court battles in between time. WHen will people realize the truth?
