Comments: Hi my names Andrew but my friends call me Tree.
I live all the way accross the water on that small island they call England.
I am 18 and I spend my time going to church, learning Chinese and most of time on my one true passion MUSIC. I am in a emo band from Norfolk, on and off we have been together for 2 years. We all like all sorts of music and come from differant backgrounds. We are planning to record our first album in 3 months time. I also have a friend who designs logos and friends for us and also a devout Christian and hes gradually converted me. You look like 4 nice people, 3 beautiful girls and one cool looking dude.
About a year ago I was sitting at a computer at my collage (music collage) on BandName.com looking for a name for our band. What I thought were origional names and ideas did infact already exist. When my tutor walked in the room and asked me what name I come up with, without realising I said "my best idea is Already Taken". After I said that it was like everything fit together, I mean a name that just sumed up how I feel EVERY second of the day. I them looked on Bandname to see if it was registered and it wasnt. I Went and told the bad and they loved it. Then a few weeks later I came accross your website, I was devasted I mean the name was Already Taken! I had to decide whether to keep it or not. I thought it would be wrong to rip off young nice Christians so we stoped having name. Last week I went looking for your website again which Ive just found but couldnt find it. I retold the band we could use the name and something went right for a change. But now I dont know what to think. By the looks of your website you havent played anywhere recently and I wonder if that means you have split up? If you have Or if you havent I still need to ask you would it be possible for our band to use the name?
Option 1: Yes, we can, either because you've split up or changed the name or other...
Option 2: No, you've been going slightly longer than us and have to have the name. Take note: theres been no other name we've all agreed on
or... Option 3: We both have the name, you go on BandName theres is thousands of thousands of bands that share the same name. We could change it for a big tour e.g Already Taken U.K We could have a link to you off our website and you have a link to us this could introduce you to a whole new audiance. Everyones a winner. I mean maybe its not likely that we wont tour past our county and you wont tour out of your state so what harm would it do?? I really Do wanna go far with my band and change the world, make it better place. We already have a charity gig planned.

I realised that I may have gone on a bit but this is VERY important to me so think carefully before you reply.
