Comments: Hello I m searching for any O'Leary or Hannafin relatives with knowledge of William O'Leary and his wife Bridget(Nee Hannafin) who lived in BallyMacqucin West Abbeydorney from 1950-1978.
We have found that Bridget's father held local stage dances at their home and would love to see any photos or record of these events, this would really help my Grandson with his school project about his family tree and history.

Comments: I would like information on the Ryall (Raiel) family who lived in Balleysheen.
My Nan was Bridget Ryall born 1904 to Thomas Ryall and Bridget Connor. She had siblings Hannah, Michael, mary-Ann, John, James and Thomas. Bridget Ryall nee Connor died about 1907. Does anyone have any information. I would love to find out who Thomas and Bridgets parent were.

I just returned from a Visit to County Kerry with my sister Caitlin and cousin Arye. We were fortunate in finding Kyrie Eleison, where we found several of our ancestors' (we are 4th generation Canadian/American)burrial sites. Our grandfather who passed 5 years ago visited this same graveyard and documented it in his extensive family tree-log. It was deeply moving for us to see so many Shanahan and Stack ancestors; it really gives us a sense of history. Just want to say you have a beautiful countryside and such nice and welcoming people. It was a welcome change from the city life in Dublin, where we stayed most of our vacation. Best,
