He was born 8/26/47 in miami, or so he thinks, his birth certificate is very vague and when his adoptive parents went to pick him up, they were told a baby girl just became available as well and did they want her. They said yes. A caseworker also came by to visit a few times after the adoptions so I fear he is also a black market baby as well as his sister.
