Comments: I am writing the biography of Marty Robbins, and he raced micro-midgets in 1960. He also built a track in Nashville. I'm trying to find more info about his racing at this time.

City/Country: Portland, Texas
Comments: I was thrilled to see pictures of all the "old timers" my dad (Charlie Turner) use to talk about. I spent many of hours listening to Ernie McCoy, Gary Virden, Dick Walker and my dad talk about the old jalopies. I have a few pictures of the old jalopy of his before he started driving Super Modifieds. I was extremely surprised when I came across a picture of my dad holding me in his arms in November of 1965. Awesome website. Thanks for the memories.
