Comments: March 1965 to March 1966 assigned to the 119 second platoon for most of my tour. My aircraft commander was R.D.Miller. My grandson likes to ask me about the war, and I always tell him that I cannot remember. Maybe one of these days this will be the truth. Thank you Camp Holloway for this website and I will continue to pray for all the men and women who are serving today and for all of us who have already served.

Comments: Assigned to 175MM SP artillery unit. 6th Bn 14th Arty. We were on hwy 14 about 7 clicks north of Pleiku city, & about 1 click north of MACV. Was there from Oct 65 till Feb 66 when I was REFRAD. Used to go to Holloway for resupply,& shower, & to get a coke & hamburger. Would like to hear from anyone who was there at that time.
