The brass contact is stamped D070 120V 60W GE with SA inside a circle. It is emboised on the flat top with the GE logo inside the circle. The word HALOGEN is under the GE logo and the outer edge of the flat top is ribbed. The bulb is about 4 1/2 inches long and 2 3/8 inches at the widest part. The bulb is made of very heavy thick glass and has a dirty frosted color. At the brass end there is a ridge around the entire bulb about 1/8 inch. I have a number of pictures I can send if anyone can help me out with this. It is simply intreging too me as I have never seen a bulb like this before.
