Comments: Hi, I've just made your Chettinad beetroot curry, and it's already delicious, but I've got two questions for you about the recipe:

1) You say that the beetroot is 3/4 cooked by the 15 minutes - should it be left to cook fully in the final reheat, or is it supposed to be crunchy?

2) How much is 2 ladles of oil in tablespoons?
