Comments: Left Manchester 1960 and went back for a look at the old place 2008. What a shock, the old place gone and totaly unreconisable, Bellevue, St Marks Church, Thomas St School, Gorton baths and park, longsite engin sheds/coal yard, places where I spent a lot of my childhood. My dream are shattered, but memories last thank goodness. I oftern wonder what happend to my friends from Thomas St. 2 of which were the Baxter twins!
