Comments: Am I the only one who seems to find it rather odd that Mr. Peters objective, "a 10 year moratorium on any building within the town with the exception of low income housing for the average working man" is not only shortsighted and elitist, but also without any legal merit?

Comments: Selectman Maddox made an intereting comment at the last HPB meeting that I think went fairly unoticed. He stated that the NHDOT felt the Sagamore bridge could not support the traffic flow numbers for Riverplace.Attorney Westgate countered that he had not officially heard any feedback from the NHDOT. I think this issue alone could scuttle W/S developments plans.
