Comments: On the trail of my family tree.

My parents Sandy and Nancy Hamilton attended St Augustine's along with my father's parents George and Jeannie Hamilton. We lived at Caw Brae and my grandparents lived in Castle Street and then Maureen Avenue. My Uncle Sam was married in the church on 22 August 1928

Over the next few months hope to visit Derry/Strabane to research the Family History.

Always thought of St Augustine's as my home Church

Comments: My wife Nan and I were married here on 19th August 1948 by Canon McKegney. Prior to that I attended the evening service for 3 years. It's a lovely church with great history. My grandaughter who lives in London is getting married next year and would love to get married in this lovely church too.
