Comments: Hi, I have just started researching the Welch branch of my family tree. My Gt Gt Grandmother was Emily Welch before her marriage born in Birmingham in 1854.

She married Thomas Jones and they had four children.

Her father was Thomas Welch and his occupation was a 'wheelwright'.

I would love to hear from anybody that may have links to this family.

Comments: Hi, nice website, some great photographs; I especially like the one (taken by David Paul Welsh) of Atherton Church taken from the hill on Leigh Road. I've just started oil painting and would like to use this photograph to base a painting on.
