I am a product of mental abuse and physical in a way other than being beaten. Some of my children were aware of some of it. I had no place to go where he couldn't find me. I was scared. I went through this for 40 years. The only way I was freed was that my husband passed away. I am happy now. I have started a new life. It is a shame that I can't be young again and enjoy my young adulthood. I just have to move forward. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to finally get a little of this out of my system.
