My experience at your resort gave me the wonderful sense of peace, the wonderful sense of connectedness to my world around me, to myself, there were no sharp things inside me…, not a sense that something was wrong, or I needed to work on something, there was
just a peace, there was tranquility, there was acceptance, there was harmony and I really fondly remember those moments because I felt so good inside…I long to return for another injection of wellness.
Merry Christmas, and we will see you at Finger Lake next year...Marv

Wayne & Corinne,
It's been close to 2 years since we stayed at the resort and it's still feels like yesterday. To this day that been the best vacation we've ever had. What a great place with even better hosts. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays! Please say hi to Ron and his wife for us. Great people!
Your friends Tyler, Emily, Rosie, and Oscar (newest one) Kuntz.

Finger Lake Wilderness Resort, rustic and beautiful, lies nestled in the trees, 5 1/2 kms off the Kluskus Forest Road.
The only public access to Finger Lake is through this property, which makes it appear that the lake belongs only to those who are lucky enough to stay at the resort.
Corinne and Wayne have called Finger Lake their home for almost 16 years and their passion, enthusiasm and care has brought the same people back time after time. We were lucky to be able to rent a cabin in October and it wasn't long before we felt fully included in the community of hunters gathered there.
A hunting trip like no other, allowed us to put aside concerns of being "out there alone" in the event of an accident or breakdown, because everyone there looks out for each other, most especially Corinne and Wayne. They know if people haven't returned and will quickly figure out what needs to be done. There is definately a sense of family.
Service with a smile is an understatement, fresh jugs of water arrive daily, a never ending log pile provides wood for all and wood stoves are stocked to greet cold hunters, with a blast of heat on their return.
Security is tight and personal items are respected and guarded both by Corinne and Wayne, also their two wonderful dogs Blue and Belle, who each have their roles within the structure of the resort.
Wayne and his front end loader takes the "haul" out of hunting. Hanging a moose is done in a snap, with perfect precision.
The scenery, ever changing with the season adds a richness to the lake and the surrounding hills. The Harvest Moon, gold and full, sent shafts of light across the lake making a wide path across the still water. The air was crisp and clear and millions of stars dotted the night sky as we huddled close to our camp fire, toasting ourselves in the heat of the flame and glowing embers.
Finger Lake wilderness Resort is rustic, tranquil and totally magnetic with a five star service second to none!
Thanks Corinne and Wayne for sharing your piece of "Paradise" and giving us such a fantastic time in your "Stress Free Zone".
Health and Happiness to you both.
See you next year!
Judi and Paul
