He was born in Tacoma WA in 1892 and was the son of Wm. Lester Meservey who was born in Nodaway, Missouri in 1872. His mother was Mary C. Grimes and she was married to Wm. M. Meservey. He is the same individual listed in the civil war history records as Wm. M. Maserve. At least I think he is. Any info relating to any of these folks would be much appreciated.
