Comments: Thanks you for sharing you experience. I am presently trying to endure my agency's lack of appreciation and respect for officers such as myself who value the core values of honor, integrity, courage, etc. I have the support from my peers, however, I find myself not being able to let the HQ administration go along without some accountability. If its me or someone else that is wrongfully being treated, discriminated or passed over for a position, I bring it to the attention of those higher in rank; I have involved the Governor on at least two occasions. The problem is they continue to act in unethical and immoral behavior. After 20 years as a Delaware State Trooper, I believe it is time for me to leave (retire). In the pass 9 years I have experienced hypertension, sleepless nights, etc. We are desperately in need of leaders who embrace the our core values and appreciate officers who follow the righteous path.
