Dear friends,
I served as district governor for 5NC out of Bismarck, N.D., in 2003-04, and had the wonderful opportunity to have Pennsylvania district governors-elect in my district governor class at the Denver international convention. I had many great times during that convention with the Pennsylvania delegation, and look forward to seeing them at future international conventions.
