I like the discipline it inspires. I go and see artwork on the walls of my child's school all the time so I think they are being taught to express themselves in appropriate ways. What is wrong with being taught to conform to a standard? If that is what allows you to get along and it is the same for everyone why cant that be seen as a good thing. Getting along in society involves following the rules (observing speed limits, rights of others, obeying the law) and the earlier this lesson is learned in life the more time the student has to be truly develop themselves.

It also cost more money for us to have them.. And if they were to be worn throughout their school life, that would make them think that wearing uniforms, and looking like everybody else would be meant to be.. It's not.. you are brought into this world to make YOUR own mark.. Express yourself !!
