Comments: I met Mark Lenard at a Star Trek convention here in town in 1989. We spoke and during that time I had premonition about his future that I shared with him. It was about his career change with voice over and his character, Sarek, being killed off with Vulcan Alzheimer's a few years later. It was a brief, but fondly remembered encounter with my favorite Star Trek character. I published the story on line in honor of Mark and our meeting. A true gentleman he was!

Comments: I've enjoyed Mark since seeing him in "Here Come the Brides", "Star Trek", and "Buck Rogers." He really had that special something very few actors do. I remember when he died, it was very tragic news to hear. I didn't realize how ill he was. He is far from forgotten though. I am very proud to have grown up knowing his work.

Comments: Mark was a superb actor! His portrayal of Sarek made him my favorite STAR TREK character. How I wish I could have met him in person! His death is a loss for us all!
