"Wrote a Song for Everyone" came in my head this morning (because I
just put a new-old-stock AM/FM/8-track player in my '64 Impala and I
found my old CCR 8-tracks from the late 60s) and I sat down with my guitar
trying to figure out the chords in a key I can sing in it.

Then, I coudn't remember the lyrics. So, I started surfing and was
suprised it was hard to find them. I finally found a sound file of the
song and saved it. I was playing it and was stumped on a couple of
phrases, so I surfed again.

That's when I came across it on your site. I've browsed your site for
a few minutes and enjoyed what I saw. I'm a terrible guitar player,
but am a pretty good singer. I enjoy trying to figure out the chords to
song I can sing. (I think I'll have to play this one in A, which is way
lower than John's range.)

I just printed it off and can't wait to see if I can figure all the
chords out.

I owned a record store from '75 to '96, so I used to know a lot about
music. (ha)
