Comments: I loved it. Especilly the part where George once again risk his own life to save Jessica's neck. You could have left out the part about them making love in his flat but, other than that, it was a really greatstory.

Comments: I really liked Jessica having a love life,but I think in my personal opinion that it was more of a romance than a mystery. When I got done,I had questions still running through my mind about the whole mystery,like 'Did they ever catch the guy who shot George?'Questions like that. Maybe I was so involved in the romance part of it I didn't notice!:)

THIS STORY IS EXCELLENT! I am on page 35 and cannot put it down. Please please please keep writing- these are excellent. A woman should be in charge of writing these paper backs and it should be you!

Comments: Fantastic follow-up to "Puzzles and Pearls" that combines one of the best elements of the series - the character of Michael Haggerty - with one of the best elements of the Donald Bain books, George Sutherland. Fans will not be disappointed by the fast-paced, well conceived plot or the romantic subplot.
