Dear BHARC,

I am a teacher at DCHS and friend of Ms. Morris/KC0AUC.

She and I will be conducting a course at the High School starting on 14 FEB 06 for those adults and students that are interested in obtaining and entry level amateur radio ticket.

I would like very much to join the BHARC if I may, and would like to introduce myself to the membership this week during the regular 2 meter net.

Oh, and are you + or - offset?
