About 2005 I finally found birth name "Stromquist" My birth-grandmother* changed all names on legal papers to "Quist" to keep the secret. Family has been wonderful. I attended the Johnson - Stromquist & Gustafson family reunions Sept 2008 in Woodhull, IL. It's been amazing. "Grandma Stromquist was a Breen, of Western IA. She & husband my grandfather are buried at Chipianik in Rock Island, IL. My Aunt Phyllis Davis lives in Rock Island and is the family geneologist. Also Uncle Ralph Brein, in LA but he consentrates on Irish side. This is fun, I'll visit later
