Comments: My Brother Bob raves about knapping. He is personal friends with someone who famously knaps, is a consultant to archaeologists, gone to sites in Guatemala, appeared on Discovery Channel, etc. I live in Paiute country, southern Utah. Saw some examples of spearpoints that blew me away. As a handyman and novice machinist, it's hard to imagine the patience and skill that it would take to produce such fine work. Inspires me to try harder at everything I do which may be seen, made, used by or given to others.
