Comments: I don't have a homepage, just a telephone number to which I continue getting billed for $49.95 a month from ILD Teleservices. I have called and emailed them over and over yet cannot seem to get the chargess or services disconnected. We are just two old people with one phone line...not business or homepage. What can I do? Oh Whoa is me!

Comments: ILD is still at it. There is a charge of $14.95 plus sales tax for an alleged voicemail service on my AT&T bill. But I don't have voicemail and never did.

Comments: Jiffy Lube stripped out threads on oil pan. Put plastic stopper. Returned to store three times because of leak. Couldn't stop it never told me about plastic stopper. Took it to another repair shop since they couldn't stop leak, cost $600 to fix. Jiffy offered a gree oil change will return it with message as to where to send it and posting on any and all bulletin boards I can find.

Comments: Hi, I'd like to share a bad consumer experience about evil Virgin Broadband/ Virgin Mobile. I hope that this is the place to post it.

First of all let me state that I am a student. I can't afford many things at the moment. Every dollar is precious.

I went to pay my usual monthly phone/internet bill via my direct debit card. However for some STUPID FREAKIN reason, Virgin tried to take out a dollar extra! You might think that is ok but I only put the exact dollar amount in the debit account. So basically my bank charged me an overdraft fee of $2.

This really pissed me off and I was determined to get my money back, or at least get it taken of the bill. I won't call their 1300 number because it will cost me 25c and I'll be on the phone for at least 45 mins waiting, I'm not joking the service at Virgin is terrible. So I've contacted them via the email form on their website. And instructed them to call me. Several times. I have kept records of this communication so that I can contact the telecommunications ombudsman after my exams. They even sent me an email saying they needed to talk to the account holder. So I got my flatmate to email them too. NOTHING.

Virgin Broadband is so slow. Can't wait to shove the telecommunications ombudsman up their arse.
