How wonderful to hear from you again. I am sad to hear about your possible Fibromialgia or arthritis. I know you've gone through a lot with the stroke and am happy you are still active on the web.

I have a serious case of osteoarthritis, which affects my neck, shoulders, hand and lumbar region. It also causes sciatica. On top of that I have osteoporosis, though I haven't broken any bones.

Nevertheless, I am crazy about gardening, still try to paint and enjoy creating web sets. I also spend a lot of time working out in pools, which eases the pain.
