Comments: My purpose in contacting you is to be of service to your lodge. Fundraising advice and making recommendations is my HOBBY, not my business and at this time I would like to make a recommendation to you. I am a member of Cape Coral, Florida Moose Lodge #2199 and former member of Pine Island Moose Lodge and for the past 49 years I have worked as a fundraising professional. I retired December 31st, 2002 from the Gordon Bernard Company and I no longer receive any salary or commission from them or any other company; however two of the Gordon Bernard Company projects, the Sweepstakes Calendar and the Events/Birthday Calendar have been excellent projects for Moose Lodges and their W.O.T.M., raising from $1,000 to $100,000 every year.
If your lodge is not already using one of these projects, it might be to your advantage to check this out. Email me your snail mail address and I will see to it that information and a sample calendar is sent to you by your local representative.

Comments: Hi - My name is JoAnne Blaskiewicz. I'm from Mamakating NY Chapter 2241. I would like to let you know about a fund raiser that we started called Moose On The Loose, we are back by Moose Charities in this endeavor & would like for as many Lodges & Chapters to join in.......

"Moose On The Loose"
Is about our two stuffed Moose, Jack from Dorset, England Lodge & Circle
and Sam from Mamakating, NY Lodge 2036 & Chapter 2241. Each moose was sent overseas to the others home. They are traveling
around the country their in, visiting Lodges, Chapters & Circles, raising money for the Endowment fund, taking pictures & telling
stories of their adventures. Now that both Moose are at there 1st destinations, we’d like to have some more Lodges, Chapters or
Circles invite them to visit.
The rules are simple, when you sign up you are agreeing to:
1. Have “Jack” (US) or "Sam" (UK) come visit your Lodge/Chapter/Circle
2. Hold at least one Fund raiser for our Moose on the Loose, of
which all the proceeds will go to the Endowment Fund, while Jack is visiting.
3. Take some pictures & tell of his adventures.
4. Securely send Jack off to his next destination.
That’s it!
If you plan on signing up please, make sure you have approval from your Lodge/Chapter to do this & have at least 2 dates in mind to
have Jack/Sam come visit. We are trying to accommodate everyone.
This is a great "Fun” raiser, too.
