USA Comments: As a Ph.D. in Psychology who started a radio program at WNHU in West Haven, CT ("Psychic Connections") at University of New Haven, I believe that there are spirits "caught" between dimensions but I also believe them to be harmless. Verifiable historic atrocities were commonly practiced in "total mental institutions" like Worcester State Hospital and Grafton State Hospital. That's why these and other "state hospitals" were emptied out and community mental health centers were built after a federal law was passed in 1963. I strongly encourage people to visit Senior Psychiatrist Peter Breggin's (M.D.) website (google him), because there are secret atrocities still being committed using psychotropic medications and also using the separation of "mental patients" from the general community now in 2009. [Use the ADA of 1990 to fight this type of discrimination!] Please visit Dr. Patricia Deegan's website also: she is a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts who is making progress with ending this type of discrimination. Enjoy the job corps but watch out for deadly asbestos in these abandoned buildings. I am a Clark University alumnus. I used to do volunteer work at Worcester State Hospital and I did a practicum at McLean (Mental) Hospital (for rich people) in Belmont, MA. I support the "Consent Decrees" for patients released by these horrible institutions. Forced sex was almost routine by the "turnkey" 'keepers' at these institutions, and ECT and other barbaric practices, like lobotomies were performed there (not the same as modern ECT). Read "ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO's Nest" by Ken Kesey and see the movie with Jack Nicholson when he was young. Don't drop out of the Job Corps because of this location!
