Quatre Raberba Winner, was born of a well known and very rich family, the Winners. During the series Quatre's father was killed by the colonists because they thought he was trying to pull a monopoly, and because his son was a Gundam piolet. He had 29 older sisters who were all test tube babies. His father lead him to believe he was a test tube as well even though his mother died at his birth.
Quatre is known as the brains of the gundam piolets. Though he was the worst piolet on the gundam team, he was able to lead his friends into battle using the Zero system that Heero sneaked into his suit.
