It can drive you crazy. Driving causes major stress making it worse. I have to drive to work and I am a Mom of a 2 year old. I am tired of this effecting my life. I want a cure. One specialist in my area said there is nothing more they can do they did the eply manuvers but never diagnosed me with MD. I then went to another ear, nose and throat Doctor and they said I definetly had MD. I just want help. I always feel like I am not there or a out of body type feeling you said it exactly it almost feels you could go into a seizure or faint and I have never done either!
