We have pushed back the lineage another generation to Francis Harvey, b. ? d. 1711, Lye, Worcester, England. When he died his son, William skipped the pond to Chadd's Ford, PA. Francis is mentioned for getting thrown in jail in 1660 for refusing to take the oath to the king. It's in a book called "The Suffering of the Quakers". Email me for the Harvey lineage from Francis up to me. Also Google "Harveysburg, Ohio" for some interesting history of the Isaac the Wanderer branch of the Harveys.
