I would like to correspond with guys that knew my dad. I know that he went to Vietnam in July/Aug of 69 and got hit on 9 April 1970. I did not grow with my dad so I do not know very many names of his friends during that time, but I do have a letter from 1968 that was posted in Chu Lai (I think spelling is correct) from a fellow whose last name was Bandy, and he went to Viet Nam in 1968 from Ft. Hood. Any help in learning more about my dad is greatly appreciated.
