Comments: I'm a t-9 and was wondering if stomach exercises would actually be worth it... Someone suggested I get a personal trainer, but I wonder if the wheelchair would freak them out. I've been sci for quite a few years now, and wanted to lose about 20 pounds and get buff. Any suggestions?
