USA Comments: I flew F-5E's as an aggressor pilot with the 527TFTAS in the early 80's. The squadron building was across the runway and I understand the quonset hut next door had been a B-17 squadron builting in WWII. Great memories of Alconbury, lived in a small semi in Alconbury Weston, my kids all went to the local C of E school. Wonderful tour, although most of the time we were on the road all over Europe.

Zoom in until you locate the area you want to see, then in the uper right corner click on the satellite button. you will be amazed at how good the picture is and how close in you can zoom.
