"let them come forward to dance", she implored the security gently. the first superstar who performed encore not once, not twice, but 3 times! lights were all up by then, but her (& disciple, n dancers, n everyone!) performance was fantastic! so we cheered and encored anyway. the 3 hour+ show caused us our last bus, it was past midnite. nobody cared anyway. we were ready to scale the wall. Anita, the first hk star who'd probably spread the word around that singapore is not just a small country with rigid fans, but with fans that can rock the stadium!! the confidence she instilled in pple was probably why fans in singapore finally get to watch so many great performances from artises all over the world! my sis was, and is still a great fan, i was just a little teenager trodding after my sis back then, to catch grasshopper. Anita got me mesmerised!! Thank you Anita, for the beautiful memories. Thank you, webmaster, n team, who take great pains to keep the memories alive. Anita, we miss u still.
