I was disappointed (now) to see the bridge, but I'm sure it's great for the locals; so I don't really have grounds to object, as a one-time visitor many years ago. Saucy Mary's pub looks a lot like the Marine Hotel where I stayed in 1983. Kyleakin is one of those magical purist places around the world. All the best!
