Michigan Comments: Don't know if anyone has read the Attorney's general"s news release dated June 18th 2004. "He was arrested today on a grand jury indictment charging him with 10 felony counts of unlawful merchandising practices. October 7th 2004 news release: Comer is ordered to repay $460,000 to consumers after pleading guilty to scam involving discount gas cards. He will pay $30,000 immeediately to be distributed to consumers and will pay 20% of his gross weekly income (a minimum of $250 a week) on the remainder of the restitution. The judge also places Comer on probation for 5 years, requiring him to remain employed while on probation. He faces 40 years in prison and a $200,000 in fines if he violates his probation. This also was taken from the attorney general's news release. What was your APP experience like? In the beginning I was excited. I got family and friends involved. In the end I was holding the bag. He owes me, my family and friends a refund. What action have you taken to date to recover your losses?
