The forementioned page is in UTF-8. I could easily decode it into ISO-8859-2 in few minutes. But the problem is, that in another year or so everything on the net is going to be UTF, because it is universal. You may see it already at http://communities.msn.com/syrenka
So there is no other way out, but to install Pan-European support on windows 95. This usually takes care of Netscape and IE. Additonally you may add Polish Russian and Your Liebe Deutche Sprache into international settings of your browser, but Pan-European support should be good enough
