For just over fifteen years I had been a pack a day smoker and sometimes more and had tried to quit on numerous occasions with no luck. The session went by extremely quickly and was very comfortable and relaxing throughout, Sherry has an awesome way of just helping you to feel really relaxed and very safe, you can just feel her positive energy and warmth. When I was brought out of the hypnotic trance I felt very different like a big weight had been taken off my shoulders. It wasn’t so much that I used to smoke but now I was a non-smoker and something that I felt I couldn’t live my life without I now couldn’t believe I had lived my life with it. It’s almost three months now and I have to say I never thought quitting smoking could be this easy and be accomplished with such little effort. I have had almost zero cravings and the ones I’ve had weren’t even all that bad and I just used the anchor of pressing my fore finger and thumb together and it was gone in minutes. The session with Sherry truly has changed my life, it really is quite amazing. With much gratitude, AP
