Bravo! You have done a wonderful job on your website. I too discovered F.S.F in high school, but dahlin', that was circa early 60's!
Loved his work but there was little about Z. at that time. However, while reading his notebook of ideas & snippets of dialoge I realized he was using Z.'s speech & ideas.
After the bio of Z. came out in the '70's, more info about Z. emerged. That was when I began to dislike Scott & had empathy & sympathy for Zelda.
Well, I could rattle on forever about Z, who is one of my favorite people in history & life.
I have done much, much reading about not only the Fitzgeralds & their work & tons of bios, but also about that whole era in France. A fascinating, creative time.
Thanks so very much for the personal photos & Zelda's art work. Although I have read extensively, some of the pics were new to me.
I have just finished reading, "Everybody Was So Young" by Amanda Vaill. It is the story of Gerald & Sara Murphy. It's a great bio & gives one an excellent sense of that era in France & the explosion of all of the arts. Of course, Scott & Zelda are there too.
Thanks again for your site.
