It was a great relief to see that spotting IS a big deal when it comes to stunting. I personally have the biggest fear of heights and feel uneasy even around a simple stunt, even a half. I use to be a flyer but couldn't stand being in the air and as a spotter I felt helpless watching the girls because of my fear. Because of this, I often feel paralyzed or sick to my stomach whenever I spot for a much more advanced stunt and I've even injured several girls in the process. I still feel guilty and have voiced my concerns to my coaches but because of my fear I nearly quit the squad. Thank you so much if you could e-mail me about this I'd truly appreciate it.
