My wonderful Nordic Chair, which I just bought 2nd hand a bit over a month ago, has one pulley cord that is 'slack'-- that is, the right cord will NOT retract all the way! Should I take apart the brake assembly?? Try 'rerouting' the cord, according to the directions on the brake assembly page I just printed out?? Is my chair 'dead' or fixable??? I *love* my Nordic Fitness Chair and really really really hope this problem can be fixed!!! Could it be that the cord is twisted? (My manual indicates this can be a problem...). Any help will be SO appreciated! This is the first strength training program that I've really been able to keep at and fully enjoy. Susan
